Our calls are routed through THUS technology's state of the art fibre optic network which guarantees peak performance and outstanding reliability at all times.

THUS has one of the world's most technologically advanced telecommunications networks that runs the length and breadth of the country – from the south of England to the Shetland Isles and the Hebrides.

The network is made up of 6,100km of fibre-optic cable, which includes 'self-healing' technology. This means that if the network is damaged in any way, the information is automatically rerouted.

Our network has more than 100 points of presence in key business centres, including 15 metropolitan area networks. We also have connectivity to 12 Telehouses in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, and our Scottish heritage means we have a high level of network coverage across Scotland.
